Maezion Henix is a Five Guys Burgers and Fries employee from Shreveport, Louisiana. Recently, his TikTok videos went viral.

His first video about how fries are made was viewed 21.2 million times at the time of writing. He then went on to show how milkshakes and Cajun fries are made, how to clean the grill and what to do with all that grease.

Henix spoke out about the three things that Five Guys customers should stop doing when they visit for a meal in an interview with Insider.

Do not let your frustrations about the employees' menu inspire you to take it out on them.

Henix stated that the price structure and menu are a major problem for Five Guys customers. Although prices can vary by region, Five Guys Burgers and Fries are more expensive than other fast-food restaurants.

Insider reported that he said, "We have some clients who just come in and look at our prices and then walk right out."

He said that sometimes they will complain to employees. He said that he would be at the register, and that they would get mad at him because everything is on the menu - it's like they have to buy everything individually." He also mentioned the fact that many popular chains offer meal deals and other combinations that can save diners money.

Henix suggested that new customers could check the online menu before they go to the restaurant so they are aware of the pricing and what to expect.

If you are just picking up, stop taking up seats

Henix encourages takeout customers to be mindful of where they are going, whether you're ordering from a third party delivery service or yourself.

He said that if it is busy at the restaurant and people are eating in, you shouldn't take over a large number of tables while you wait for your food.

Let an employee know if you are picking up your order for delivery

Henix stated that some delivery employees will just come in and sit down. He stated that it is difficult to get orders out quickly when Five Guys doesn't know that there's a driver.

Henix suggested that instead, you should kindly approach an employee, even if they aren't in the middle helping someone else. Let them know which order you want to pick up and then wait for it to be ready.
