Both Manchester City andLiverpool won on Saturday to continue their march towards the title.

The rearranged games will take place in the last week of the season.

Three days after their FA Cup final against Chelsea, the Reds will travel toSouthampton and end the league season against Wolves at home.

City will play West Ham at London Stadium on May 15th and then will play at home against Villa on May 22nd.
