Three days after their FA Cup final against Chelsea, the Reds will travel toSouthampton and end the league season against Wolves at home.
City will play West Ham at London Stadium on May 15th and then will play at home against Villa on May 22nd.
City will play Wolves away on 11 May, meaning they will play three league games in eight days.
The rearranged match was between the two teams that will play in the FA Cup final.
