  • A heated exchange took place between the judge and the attorney.

A judge dropped Blac Chyna's defamation claim against KimKardashian on Friday morning after a heated exchange with her attorney.

The two-week trial that saw testimony from several members of the famous family and provided scores of sensational courtroom moments is still being deliberated by a Los Angeles jury.

After her split with Rob Kardashian, Chyna is seeking $100 million in damages from Kris, Kim, Khloer, andKylie, accusing them of trash talking her to E! executives. The people deny the allegations.

The jury is still considering the accusations against Kris, Khloer, andKylie, as well as interference accusations against all four women.

The first day of jury deliberations began with a tense exchange between the presiding Judge and the attorney for Chyna. Ciani was not given the chance to argue the jury instructions before the presentation. Alarcon rejected her claims.

Alarcon told Ciani that he didn't want to be responsible for his trial tactics.

The court reporter asked the two not to speak over each other multiple times.

She said after Alarcron left the courtroom that she did her best.

Text messages and emails from the defendants were included in the jury instructions. The final instructions did not include any text messages from Kim, which led Michael Rhodes to request that the defamation suit against her be dropped.

Insider has learned that Alarcon issued a direct verdict for the claims against Kim, arguing that Chyna's team failed to establish a defamatory statement made by Kim and that Kim played a responsible part.

Ciani and Rhodes had a terse discussion after the decision was made.

Ciani could be heard telling Rhodes that he was a liar.

The jury is expected to make a decision on Friday.
