The official opening credits for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds were released this morning on Paramount+. The opening credits sequence of Star Trek: The Original Series is a visually stunning tribute to that sequence. The dialogue is the same, except that no man is now.

We have previously reported that Akiva Goldsman has confirmed thatStrange New Worlds will return to the episodic structure of classic Star Trek, making it a rare beast in this era of streaming platforms. It will feature Spock, who first appeared in Star Trek: Discovery's second season.

The task of filling the role of Nurse Christine Chapel is too difficult for Jess Bush.

A brief trailer and a full-length trailer were released by Paramount+ a few weeks ago. The latter opened with a dispute between two alien groups. The crew members encountered a large, glowing, golden egg-shaped structure while they were on the surface of a comet. The aliens considered the presence of the Enterprise to be blasphemy, and the romance bloomed for both of them.

The first season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will premiere on Paramount+ on May 5, 2022.
