The company broke all sorts of records for hardware sales. In a release, the firm notes that it hit March quarter revenue records for the iPhone, Mac and the combined Wearables, Home and accessories category, which includes all sorts of products like Apple Watch and Airpods.

For the quarter, sales of the device increased to $50.6 billion. A number of fellow hardware makers have struggled to keep up with component shortages as the company has strengthened its supply chain relationships. The on-going struggles of other phone makers are in stark contrast to the figures.

Macs saw a 15% y-o-y jump to $10.4 billion. The category has been seeing strong quarters thanks to Apple.

A renewed interest in the space has been fueled by the refreshed stalwarts like the iMac and Mac Pro. As work continues to evolve during the Pandemic, there is an overall increase in the PC market. The Wearables, Home and accessories category increased by 12%. The sales of the tablets decreased from the same quarter last year.

All of that, along with 17% growth for Services add up to a truly stellar quarter for the company.
