  • Blac Chyna wanted to have her testimony erased from last Thursday, but the LA judge denied her request.

  • The lawyer showed the nude photo to Chyna.

  • She left the courtroom in tears after seeing the photo.

A Los Angeles judge decided that Blac Chyna wouldn't get a do-over.

She had asked to be excused from the stand on the second and final day of testimony in her trial for $100 million in damages from the family. Lawyers for both sides were about to begin their closing arguments when the thumbs-down came.

The former exotic dancer and current OnlyFans star asked for a do-over because she was too upset to testify.

Johnny Depp has taken the stand against his ex- wife. Heard accused Depp of domestic violence, but he said he was a victim of the same.

The graphic photo was one of the images that her one-time fiancée, RobKardashian, had posted on his social media in 2017: after their relationship and their reality show.

Rhodes asked Chyna about the restraining order she had sought against Rob after he posted them. The photo is evidence in the upcoming trial against him, where he is accused of attacking her physically and with revenge porn.

The photo that was not shown to the jury was confronted on the stand by Chyna.

The do-over wasnixed by the LA Superior court Judge Gregory Alarcon on Thursday.

She told the judge that she insisted that the naked photo not be presented to the person.

When the judge suggested that both sides had agreed it could be used as an exhibit just not shown to jurors, Ciani said she had never agreed to it.

The closing statements on each side should take 45 minutes.
