The website that publishes news, interviews, and other fan content is laying off some editorial staff. Tudum is part of the company's marketing division and includes people working on entertainment, news, lifestyle, and culture content.

The Tudum culture and trends team was let go according to a person with knowledge of the situation. The staff was not given a warning of the layoffs, and other workers found out about it via social media. The person says that many of the writers were experienced journalists. A request for comment was not immediately responded to. Tudum is an important priority for the company, and they told Protocol there were no plans to close it.
