Musk might experience some turbulence on the ride to add another company to his Musk-iverse.
There are a few things that Musk is not allowed to do, including fully enjoying his regular pasttime of posting regrettable.
A photo of the section he described was included in a thread that explained the terms of sale after Musk entered a deal to purchase Twitter.
This is amazing. Melkonian said that no random public announcements except for Musk are allowed.
Oh man this is amazing. No random public announcements (that's normal) except Elon Musk is allowed to tweet about the deal (lol) but not if he insults Twitter. I'll get back to the previous topic in a second, but this was too delightful to ignore. /9 pic.twitter.com/57ltmUIwAI

The agreement that was publicly filed with the Securities and Exchange Committee says that Musk can't post anything bad about the company or its representatives.
It's a tall order for Musk, who may have already broken the rules twice.
Musk took a photo of the App Store download charts and showed that Truth Social was more popular than Twitter was. If Musk had joined the board after becoming the company's largest shareholder, it would have been an immediate violation of fiduciary responsibility.
One user wanted to know if Musk was backing out already, because his photo could be seen as a violation of the don't insult-Twitter rule.
Musk said yesterday that he thought one of the lawyers at the company made an inappropriate decision when they banned some content. According to Melkonian's thread, it's possible that this is another violation.
Is he getting cold feet and looking for a way out of the deal, or is he breaking the rules because he can continue to insult people on social media? We are waiting with bated breath because the acquisition could take months to complete.
There are more on Musk-iverse expansion plans.
