The rearranged games will take place in the final week of the season.
The FA Cup final will take place on 19 May, three days after the trip to Saints.
They will end the league season against Wolves.
Manchester City will play West Ham at the London Stadium on May 15th and then will play at home against Villa on May 22nd.
City will play Wolves away on 11 May, meaning they will play three league games in seven days.
The rearranged match was between the two teams that will play in the FA Cup final.
The Carabao Cup winners trail City by one point in the league.
Both sides are still in the running to win the title, with the final taking place after the end of the league season.
