The son of Vince Wilfork pleaded guilty to a felony charge last week.

According to a report by TMZ Sports,Holmes-Wilfork agreed to a plea deal after stealing his father's Super Bowl and AFC Championship rings from his time with the New England Pats.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Holmes-Wilfork pleaded guilty to felony theft of property greater than or equal to $300,000. He was given five years of deferred community supervision as part of his plea agreement.

According to the website, the plea deal means his conviction will go away as long as he complies with the terms of his sentence.

The police complaint was released by theGalveston (Texas) County District Attorney's Office.

Wilfork received an email in May 2021 from a fan that told him that his Super Bowl rings were up for sale.

The individual who posted the rings on the group told police he bought them from Wilfork's son. According to the complaint, the rings have been turned over to police.

On May 22nd,Holmes-Wilfork was arrested and charged with felony theft of property worth over $300,000.

The outcome of the case was a result of a lot of self reflection and healing on the part of the defendants, as well as the willingness of his parents to forgive him, and the hope that he can be rehabilitated and go on to live a happy and productive life.

Wilfork was drafted by the Pats in 2004. He was named to the All-Big East first team as a junior after winning a national title as a freshman at the University of Miami.
