The Heat said that Jimmy Butler would not be in the game because of knee inflammation.

According to a team source, Butler woke up Tuesday feeling sore in his knee and is considered day-to-day.

Miami built a 3-1 lead over the Hawks as they were led by the performance of Butler, who averaged 30.5 points on 54.3% shooting, 7.8 rebound, 5.3 assists and 2.8 steals.

Kyle Lowry will not be available for Game 5 because of a left hamstring strain he suffered in Game 3.

The Heat defeated the Hawks in Game 4 with backup point guard GabeVincent posting 11 points and four assists.

Tyler Herro and Duncan Robinson, both Sixth Man of the Year candidates, will be options for the coach to pick from to fill in for Butler.
