With those cleared up, it is more likely than ever that the greatest love story of the 20th century will finally get off the ground. Like other live-action adaptations of '80s franchises that don't have the nostalgia levels of Transformers, Robotech isn't nearly as sure of a box office hit. It seems like a great person to bring it to the big screen if it does end up getting made.
