At least one member of Donald Trump's family wasn't buying what he was saying about his intelligence.

Mary Trump told MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell that her uncle is a black hole of need.

Mary Trump, who is a psychologist, said that he knows it isn't true. He knows that he is severely damaged and has limited abilities so he always tries to fill a need that is unfillable.

Trump bragged about his intelligence as he explained how he passed a test to detect cognitive decline. He said genius runs in his family.

His niece didn't buy that logic either.

She said that she found it fascinating that he thought my uncle was a physicist and my grandfather was good at using federal money to screw people over.

Mary Trump is not the first Trump insider to question his intelligence claims. Michael Cohen wondered why the former president made him warn his alma mater not to release his grades.

Mary Trump spoke on MSNBC.
