Video released Monday shows a suspect walking down a Northern California street with a baby carrier after allegedly kidnapping a 3-month-old boy from his family's apartment.

The suspect entered the home just north of downtown San Jose and left with Brandon Cuellar.

The mother was at work when the grandmother was watching the baby. Brandon was taken into the apartment by the grandmother after she returned home from the grocery store.

She left the boy for two minutes to get groceries.

In that short amount of time, someone entered the apartment and left with the child.

He said that someone is walking around with a 3-month-old baby they didn't have yesterday.

The family of the boy did not recognize the man who was captured on the camera carrying the baby carrier.

It was not clear if the man brought the carrier for the family or not.

The department said Brandon was wearing a white onesie with dinosaurs on it.

The FBI is assisting in the search for the boy.
