The NBA has fined Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid $15,000 for his actions towards officials after the end of his team's loss to the Toronto Raptors in Game 4 of their first-round playoff series on Saturday.

The crew chief of the game, Scott Foster, gave the referees a sarcastic clap after the game.

The 76ers were on the wrong side of the whistles. The Raptors were called for 20 fouls. Toronto and Philadelphia both shot 35 free throws.

After the game, he was asked if he thought the refs should have called more fouls.

Joel Embiid’s extended thoughts on his golf clap to the refs postgame.

“Like I was doing at the end of the game, they did a great job. I admire the job that they did today. To me, it felt like they had one job coming in here tonight, and they got it done. So, congrats to them.” pic.twitter.com/x1s5yR6etW

It is safe to assume that the officials did a great job, but on the bright side, the 76ers hold a 3-1 lead in the series and will return. Time.
