The family of the teenager who fell to his death on a ride in Florida has filed a new lawsuit against the park.

The parents of a 14-year-old boy who died on a free-fall ride at ICON Park have filed a wrongful death suit against the park and its associates.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, the attraction in question had certain height and weight restrictions that the parents of the boy alleged were clear violations of.

His parents claim that there were no signs to discourage people from getting on who they please, and nobody said anything either.

The parents claim that the ride was not as safe as it should have been compared to other rides of the same nature.

According to the lawsuit, this ride did not have a seatbelt, and that contributed to the child being ejected from his seat and falling to the ground.

As you know... He died from his injuries after hitting the ground from about 100 feet. The parents of Tyre are claiming strict liability against some of the defendants. They are asking for damages and a jury trial.

The public is expected to hear some comments from the parents.
