Beginning in May, Greece will allow restriction-free entry to all tourists.

Switzerland will drop all protocols on May 2. The Swiss ruling will allow international travelers from all countries, including those from third countries or countries that are outside of the European Union.

The Greek Minister of Health said on May 2 that the country would no longer be applying entry rules to travelers.

Tourists will not have to provide a vaccine card or test results upon arrival according to the Schengen VisaInfo. It is good news for the Greek tourism industry and airlines that fly to Athens to welcome unvaccinated travelers into the country.

All other pre-pandemic rules are in place, but tourists will still need a passport and visa.
