The PA147CDV is a 14-inch display that is designed to act as a secondary display for creatives. With its small form-factor and ultrawide 32:9 aspect ratio, it looks as though the secondary display on one of its Duo laptops has been ripped off and turned into an external monitor.

The PA147CDV was supposed to be announced in September, but is now being shown off at the Las Vegas show and will be released in North America in the second quarter of 2022.

The PA147CDV has support for Microsoft's Pen Protocol 2.0 and a built in dial that mimics the functions of Microsoft's Surface Dial. Hopefully it will be less expensive than competing displays.

The display’s dial can emulate a Microsoft Surface Dial.

The PA147CDV has a 14-inch screen with one HDMI port and two USB-C ports. It can be oriented vertically or horizontally.

The PA147CDV and a pair of additional monitors will be released later this year. The ProArt Display PA32DC 31.5-inch 3840 x 2160 monitor will be released in North America in the third quarter of this year. It will be joined by the ProArt Display PA 347CGV, an ultrawide 1440p monitor with a 120Hz refresh rate. We will update this piece if and when we get a response from Asus about pricing.
