The No Lifetime Language offer appears to have been targeted by Amex. After my wife got it two months ago, she applied again and we got the new card yesterday. There was no hard pull both times. This offer has an expired date of 7/31, but who knows when and if Amex will target or untarget individuals.
This is the best Business Platinum offer in recent memory if you can make a significant spend.
Nick found a new American Express welcome offer for the Business Platinum card on his wife's account as well. It is a better offer than the best publicly available one and does not include AMEX's once-in-a-lifetime language.

The current publicly available offer is a huge improvement over the current targeted offer. If you only pay the annual fee, you can get 3x Dell credits and 2x Airline Incidentals, adding an additional $400 in value. While the various perks and credits on Amex cards can feel a little bit too much, I find it easy to get full advantage of these two and the wireless service credit as well.
If you can use the card and make the spend, it will be 160K MR for around.4 cents each.
