In the second quarter of the Bulls' game against the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday, Alex Caruso left the game after getting hit in the face with an elbow from Jevon Carter.
Carter hit Caruso in the nose with an elbow in the second quarter while he was fighting through a screen set by Antetokounmpo. After falling to the floor, he was bleeding from his nose and had to leave the game.
The Bulls announced that Caruso wouldn't return with a facial injury after Dosunmu started the second half. Sources told Adrian Wojnarowski that Caruso was being examined for a possible concussion during the second half.
During the first half of Game 4, Caruso contributed four assists, four rebound, a steal and two blocks.
During a game against the Bucks in January, Caruso fractured his wrist after being hit by Allen.
