Piers Morgan has claimed that his set-piece interview with former President Donald Trump was almost ruined after he received a harsher critique from Donald Trump Jr.

According to Morgan, Trump almost pulled out of the interview eight minutes before it began because he was angry with the three-page document.

According to The Telegraph, the document contained Morgan's criticisms of Trump over the years, as well as a description of the former president as a "supreme narcissist".

Morgan claims that the "dossier of criticisms" was compiled by the leader of the United Kingdom.

Morgan accused Farage of trying to ruin the Trump interview in a Friday morning statement.

A talk show hosted by the leader of the Brexit movement is on a rival network. He interviewed Trump in December.

The document was handed to Trump Jr. during a visit to Mar-a-Lago. Insider did not get a response from Farage.

Morgan said that he was worried that the interview would be over before it began.

He thought he was going to cancel the interview. I had never seen him like that before. He did the interview after pulling himself together.

The interview, which will be broadcast on Monday, included a fractious series of exchanges about the 2020 presidential election.

After the former president's team accused TalkTV producers of editing promotional clips to make it appear that Trump walked off the set, Trump and Morgan publicly feuded.
