Looks like a device made by a company called Google.

The trademark application for "Pixel Watch" is freely available online, though there isn't much to glean from it. The entire page says about the plans of the company.

“PIXEL WATCH™ trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of smartwatches; cases adapted for holding smartwatches; wearable computers in the nature of smartwatches; smartwatch straps; smartwatch bands.”

The signs have been there for a while, but no official announcement has been made by the company. A render of the device was shared by 91Mobiles, showing a circular screen with a basicUI showing the time and a step counter. It makes sense for the company to make its own watch, as it already makes Wear OS for third-party watches.

It's like when Google decided to make its own phones after many years of maintaining and updating the OS for other companies to use in their own phones. If the quality of the Pixel phones is as good as they have gotten to be, it could be a good alternative to theGalaxy Watch.

Don't be surprised if we see Pixel Watch at the I/O event on May 11.
