The Toronto Raptors veteran sounded off on the Philadelphia 76ers star after Game 4 of their first-round playoff series for what he felt were dirty plays made by the Most Valuable Player late in the game.

I'm a competitor. I enjoy competing. The playoffs are the highest level. I don't like dirty plays and I'm cool with the talking. Keep it basketball. At the end of the day, it is all fake.

Things got physical in the fourth quarter of the game. The Raptors were leading 101-89 with about three minutes to go when the foul was committed by Embiid.

The game was won by Toronto after they exchanged pleasantries with Embiid. He finished with a career-high 34 points on 10-of-19 shooting from the field and 1-of-4 shooting from deep. He had two blocks and eight assists.

The Raptors were able to cut the 76ers' lead to 3-1 because of the efforts of Siakam.

Some of his teammates will need to step up. OG Anunoby had 24 points, Gary Trent Jr. had 24 and Khem Birch and Fred VanVleet combined for 16 points.

Considering that he is a candidate for the NBA's Most Valuable Player and in the midst of a career year, he will only use his comments to motivate him to close out the series.

It's fair to say that Embiid is playing through a torn thumb, which has been described as very painful. He told reporters that he will play in the playoffs. He is undoubtedly one of the toughest players in the league.
