Tyson Fury dominates fight prior to knockout of Dillian Whyte (1:16)

In front of 94,000+ strong, Tyson Fury won the opening rounds of his fight against Dillian Whyte. There is a time and a place for it.

In front of 94,000 people at Wembley Stadium, Tyson Fury retained his title with a sixth-round knockout of Dillian Whyte.

The bout was waved off with one second left in the round, after Whyte stumbled into the ropes and was asked to walk forward by the referee.

The second defense of the title he won from Deontay Wilder in 2020 was being made by the 33 year old. In October, the Fight of the Year was won by Fury with an 11th-round knockout of Wilder.

Prior to the fight, he said he might retire after his title defense. Following his dismissal, he suggested retirement is a real possibility.

I promised my lovely wife Paris that after the Wilder 3 fight that would be it, and I meant it, I said moments after the fight.

I owed it to the fans to fight at Wembley, but I was offered a home fight. I owed it to everyone in the UK to fight at Wembley. I have to be a man of my word and think this is it. This might be the last curtain of the king.

Bob Arum praised the champion for his performance.

"Tonight was one of his best performances, and he proved his greatness once again," said Arum.

Francis Ngannou was in the ring when he was brought over to talk to the camera. The two said they would be fighting in the future. Ngannou said it would be similar to the MMA gloves worn by the two fighters in a boxing ring.

Ngannou wants to find out who is the baddest motherf--- on the planet.

The clash would happen. Ngannou is under contract with the UFC, but his team believes he will be a free agent in January. Ngannou has long expressed an interest in boxing.

This is going to be a very special fight. Two light guys are not 140 pounds. He is 270 pounds. When it happens, it will be an exciting fight.

We are going to sort it out and get settled by the end of the year. It would be the best match up between Francis Ngannou and Tyson Fury in Africa. The second edition of The Rumble in the Jungle.
