The media outlet said she lived without heating, electricity, or running water.

According to Jewish News, Semyonovna Obiedkova succumbed to her illness on April 4.

"Mama didn't deserve such a death," said Larissa.

The family fled to a safe location after burying Semyonovna Obiedkova in a local park.

The Holocaust survivor mother asked her family why this was happening.

She hid in a basement during the Nazi occupation. Approximately 16,000 Jews were executed on the outskirts of Mariupol, and her mother was among them.
