During the hearing to determine if she had any involvement with the January 6 insurrection and violated the Constitution, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene avoided answering questions posed to her in an Atlanta courtroom.

When asked if someone who tries to interfere with the process of counting electoral votes is an enemy of the constitution, she questioned if the constitution defined it that way. When asked if she meant to interrupt Congress, she said, "You mean interrupt Congress?"

The judge will present his findings to the Republican Secretary of State, who will make a decision about whether or not to allow Greene to appear on the Republican ballot.
