International Dance Day is set to take place on Friday, April 29 and Apple is updating its fitness+ service with new dance routines.

The update will include a new Artist Spotlight Dance workout that is set to the music of popular Korean pop group BTS, featuring moves that are taken directly from the choreography of their videos. Butter will be included in the songs. Megan Thee Stallion), "Dynamite", and "Boy With Luv" Permission to Dance,MIC Drop, and Life Goes On are examples.

Songs that bring a feeling of joy and tracks that celebrate traditional rhythms from genres such as cumbia, tango, and Indian pop will be included in new dance workout additions.

Apple Fitness+ will have workout playlists dedicated to single artists such as Abba, Queen, and BTS. There will be dance routines and workouts.

On International Dance Day, Apple Watch users can earn a special dance award by completing a dance workout of 20 minutes or more. Apple Fitness+ dance routines and any workout that uses the Dance category on the Apple Watch fulfill the requirement. Apple plans to offer six 20-minute workouts that will help users win the award, with Latin grooves, up beats, and Hip-Hop/R&B music included.

Apple Fitness+ is a dedicated workout service that costs $799.99 per year for the whole family in the U.S. The service can be used in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Columbia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, and so on.

Existing Apple Watch owners who have not used the service before can sign up for a one month free trial.
