Sources told Brian Windhorst that the Phoenix Suns star could be out for up to three weeks.
According to sources, the Suns were still evaluating the results of Booker's scans and that he would likely miss Games 3 and 4 against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Booker will be back sooner than the standard timetable.
Booker scored 31 points in the first half of the game, but didn't score in the third quarter. He asked for a timeout and went to the locker room after he appeared to hurt his right leg jumping to challenge a dunk.
The first-round series is tied at one game each.
Booker has had issues with his legs. He missed seven games in November because of a strained left hamstring. He was hurt in Game 3 of the NBA Finals but played through it and kept it a secret. He missed four games during the regular season because of a left hamstring injury.
Without Booker, the Suns were 8-6 this season.
