The trailer for Love and Thunder was released on Monday, and we got a poster for it. It's colorful, it has Chris Hemsworth holding a hammer-axe to summon lightning, and it's very nice. What more do you want?
The answer is for the Odinson to give up his throne and let someone else take it. Today, Natalie Portman took to social media to show off her own version of the poster, giving us her version of THOR.
Portman added a caption to the poster which implied that he was the one and only. It's the same poster, idea and colors, just mightier.
It's a cool way to not just give Jane her rightful moment in the lightning-spotlight, but to play at the certain amount of angst that some fans have displayed at the possibility of a female Thor in Love and Thunder. There is more than enough room for two thunder gods in the Multiverse.
July 8 is the release date for the movie, Love and Thunder.
Wondering where our feed went? The new one can be picked up here.
