In Pennsylvania, the brand will break ground on its first resort village, which will feature a mix of hotel, RV site and cabin-like accommodations.

The site of the historic Pocono Manor in eastern Pennsylvania will be the location of the Margaritaville Resort Village. The original building of the Pocono manor burned down in 2019.

The original property of the resort will be homaged by the new hotel. The hotel will feature a variety of activities and entertainment, including an outpost of the LandShark Bar and Grill.

In addition to traditional hotel accommodations, the resort will feature a Camp Margaritaville, consisting of luxury RV sites and cabin-inspired homes. The camp has high-end RV suites that come with their own golf cart, covered charging station, hot tub, hammock, fire pit, Adirondack chairs and a living room.

A Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurant, a 5 o'Clock Somewhere swim-up bar, and a Fins Up Fitness Center are some of the signature brand concepts that will be found at Camp Margaritaville.

The camp will offer a Parakeets Kids Club and a dog park in the RV resort area.

The resort will offer attractions such as a License to Chill Ice Pond with an ice bar, a coffee and hot chocolate stand, and a winter market.

The Margaritaville Resort Village will join a growing empire that now comprises over 25 lodging locations, with 20 additional projects in the works.
