When major games get delayed, Nintendo usually releases them later, but in this case they will release the game on July 29th. The company is moving up the release date for the game because of a hole in the calendar.
The previous game will be five years after this one. There will be a new cast of characters in the JRPG. A new trailer shows a glimpse at them in action and shows that you can team up with up to seven characters at the same time. A steelbook cover and an art book will be included in a special edition that will only be available through the My Nintendo Store.
Nintendo has an exciting lineup of exclusives for the rest of 2022, despite the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild slipping to next spring. The Nintendo Switch will be arriving this month and in June there will be two games. The remake of Live A Live will be released a week before the sequel. Bayonetta 3 is expected to arrive later this year, as is Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
