There have been odd issues that have popped up after software updates for its latest flagship phones. Some owners of the Pixel phones say that their phones are failing to complete a basic task when there is an incoming call.
This isn't something we have been able to confirm, unlike the issue with notifications suddenly changing without explanation. Some incoming calls seem to be silently rejected, sending the caller to voicemail, according to posts on the support forums.
Their call log indicates that an incoming call was declined when in fact the phone didn't ring, and they all claim they don't have any Do Not Disturb settings. One person on PhoneArena said that they had a similar problem that turned out to be due to the fact that they had a different carrier.
There isn't a confirmed way to fix the issue beyond the suggestion of device resets. Some owners of older phones have said they have seen the same thing as owners of the newer devices.
