The company plans to invest a lot of money into its St. Lucia portfolio, with both of its all-inclusive resorts set to undergo expansion.
The first St. Lucia resort opened in 1993 as the Sandals Regency La Toc. Seven of the 20 highest-category suites in the village will have rooftop decks.
Private water features, high-end bathrooms and conical ceilings are some of the features of the suites.
At the Sandals Regency La Toc village accommodations, guests will have access to their own golf cart, as well as butler service and exclusive dining and entertainment options.
The village is expected to open next year.
The resort will include new spa facilities, new suite categories and a new golf course.
25 new accommodations will be added to the mix. There are 20 beachfront, two-story villa rooms with large balconies.
The St. Lucia development projects are part of the brand's strategy to grow from the top down.
Stewart said in a statement that the brand's Skypool Suites with infinity plunge pools, glass-floored Over the Water Bungalows and Rondovals are suite categories that drive.
The Sandals Grande St. Lucian includes the Sandals Regency La Toc and Sandals Halcyon Beach.
Guests staying at any of the brand's three St. Lucia properties can take advantage of the Stay at One, Play at Three program, which provides complimentary exchange privileges and transportation between the trio.
