Crystal Cruises items going to auction: Travel Weekly

There are casino machines. There are a lot of playing cards. There is artwork. There will be an auction of items from Crystal Cruises ships in May.

More than 70 chairs, more than two dozen end tables of various sizes, computer monitors and accessories, promotional gift items and other items are also up for auction.

The items are the first to go to auction as Crystal's assets are going to be auctioned off. Thousands of claims have been filed by customers, agents, vendors and others.

Crystal's ships will go to auction, but details have yet to be released.

Once a catalog of the items is posted at MoeckerAuctions.com, the online auction for casino equipment and artwork will open in early May. The items will be for sale at Proxibid.com.

On May 23, the items will be available for appointment only. The sales will close on May 24.
