Elon Musk Says He Doesn't Own a Home, Couch Surfs with Friends

Musk is the richest man on Earth, but he is not consuming a lot of stuff for himself because he is homeless.

The revelation that the chief of the electric car company is not using any of his wealth for himself was made in an interview that was published over the weekend.

You can watch. The criticism would be justified if he spent upwards of a bil on himself with frivolous toys like a yacht or whatever. He says that is not what he uses his money for.

That is shocking, but even more surprising is where he sleeps at night, where he says he surfs with his friends from all over the world.

He says he stays in spare bedrooms of theirs rather than in their house. He said last year that he was living in Texas, but this is a different story.

According to what he is saying here and now, it is possible that Elon has decided to go for a more stripped-down lifestyle. No property at all.

There is one other point. Most of his money is going toward the greater good of mankind, as evidenced by the products and tech his companies produce.
