On April 16 of next year, the moon lit up the night skies of Earth with a stunning display that came amid a rare convergence of holidays for Easter, Passover and Ramadan.
The first full moon of the northern spring, the Full Pink Moon, was captured by photographers around the world and you can see their amazing images in our gallery here. The next of the April full moon can be seen by clicking the arrows to the upper right of each image.
