When a Florida woman noticed fraudulent activity on her bank account, she began investigating on her own and was able to track him to a gas station. She called the police.

Stuart police said in a post that the woman first noticed the charges from a Wawa gas station.

Police said that she was able to find out that a man driving a white work truck had made the charges. They didn't say how she got the information.

The woman thought that the man would return to the scene of the crime if he was a creature of habit. She went to the gas station and waited. Police said a white truck pulled up and began pumping gas.

She was getting fraudulent alerts from her bank when she saw the man toss credit cards in the trash.

She called the emergency number.

The man from Fort Lauderdale was talking to a police sergeant at the gas station.

The report said that detectives found steel tanks in the back of the truck and in the bed of the truck. There were 28 fraudulent credit and debit cards in the truck.

State Road 408 was cleared after a pileup.

The man was arrested and charged with possession of counterfeit credit cards, fraudulent use of a credit card more than twice within six months, and possession of a personal ID of five or more people.
