Russia has more nukes than the US, but it's still getting beat out, so that's important. The head of the space agency has threatened the US and Europe.

It's not out of the question to think that Russia might be trying to blow something up because of the high number of nukes and the country's violence. Russia's army will have more access to a central location that provides strategic and logistical benefits as a result of their actions in Mariupol.

It is possible that Russia had big plans for the nukes. They are sleeping with the fishes.
