On Sunday (April 17) at 9:13 a.m., the NROL-85 will be launched from the Space Force Base in California. The sun rises at 1330GMT. You can watch it live at Space.com or directly from the company.

You can find out what the astronauts and cosmonauts are up to by tuning in to the broadcast. The crew and controllers on Earth will talk and watch them work inside the U.S. segment of the space station. Live views of Earth from Space can be enjoyed when the crew is not on duty. You can listen and watch in the window.

From NASA:

Live video from the International Space Station has internal views when the crew is on duty and Earth views at other times. Audio of conversations between the crew and Mission Control can be heard in the video. The space station is in contact with the ground. During the loss of signal, viewers will see a blue screen.

The station experiences a sunrise or sunset every 45 minutes since it is only once every 90 minutes. External camera video can sometimes provide spectacular views of lightning or city lights when the station is dark.
