Rohan is the internal codename for the Pixel Watch. The device is expected to run Wear OS 3, although the picture shows Wear OS 3.1. This version is slightly behind version 3.2, which is currently available on the watch.

It is not clear what the circumstances are behind this. The possibility of a Wear OS watch is more likely now that the screenshot has been made public, something that will be a big relief to Wear OS fans that have been following rumors for years.
