The alarm clock looks cool, but it’s missing a very important button.

Are you a fan of Final Fantasy VII? Are you tired of sleeping? Do you want to use your phone as an alarm? Do I ever have a solution for you, a digital clock fashioned after Final Fantasy VII?

The miniature replica of Cloud Strife's ridiculously large sword is set at an angle reminiscent of how you see it on the main menu screen. The materia near the hilt and the display on the sword's blade illuminate the time.

A closer look at the clock. Wonder what materia those are.

You can set five of the game's best songs as your alarm, if you like Final Fantasy VII Re remake's music.

  • Main Theme of FFVII — Sector 7 Undercity
  • Let the Battles Begin! — A Merc’s Job
  • The Airbuster (a remix of the original FF7’s boss battle theme that totally rips)
  • Aerith’s Theme — Home Again
  • One-Winged Angel — Rebirth

If you want to see what the music sounds like on the clock's speakers, you can watch this video. The sound quality isn't great, but it might be worth it to have a theme song that is the first thing you hear in the morning.

There are a few things I should mention before you drop some gil. The clock costs $199.99. If you put money down now, you will be the first to know about the release date. The clock only shows 24 hour time, according to Square. The clock is missing a snooze button, so you better hope that the weak sounding speakers can wake you up.

If you're willing to wait, really want to own a miniature replica of Cloud's Buster Sword, and are okay living dangerously without a snooze button, you might want to put in your pre-order now. Soon enough, you will be able to hear the classic songs of Final Fantasy VII from the official clock.
