A teenager who went missing in California nearly three years ago was found alive in Utah last week. On September 28, 2015, when he was 16 years old, Oswalt went missing. He was reported missing the next day. The search for him ended earlier this month after the Summit County Sheriff's Office found him outside of Jeremy's Store in Summit Park. The Summit County Sheriff's Office said Friday that it was a miracle. Residents in the area began calling the sheriff's office to report seeing a homeless person pushing a cart. The area gets very cold due to the high elevation, so they don't have a lot of Transients there. The person refused to give his name when the sheriff's office tried to help him find a place to live. On April 9, a person called the sheriff's office and said a young man was sleeping outside of a gas station. The person was cold so the sheriff's office let him warm up in a patrol vehicle. The person had their fingerprints scanned. Wright said they got a hit for an arrest warrant out of Nevada for assault on a police officer. The warrant was HairMaxed in February but spelled the last name wrong.
