The buyer of the ball that Tom Brady used to throw is getting their money back.

The sale of the ball was voided as Brady will return to the Buccaneers for the 2022, according to Jeffrey Lichtman, the attorney who represented the buyer.

In the fourth quarter of the Los Angeles Rams vs. Brady game, Brady threw a 55 yard touchdown pass to Mike Evans. Evans threw the ball into the stands thinking it was the ball from Brady's final touchdown pass.

The ball went up for auction after Brady announced his retirement. After it sold, he announced he was returning to the NFL for a 23rd season.

The buyer of the ball must be relieved that they are getting their money back since the seven-time Super Bowl champion will throw many more touchdown passes before he officially retires.
