My family ate dinner at the Coral Reef Restaurant in Disney World. The menu is small but has enough to please most palates, and it is fun to sit next to the aquarium. I am not sure if it would be worth it for the price, since there were only four pieces of shrimp. My husband had the prime rib with mashed potatoes, my oldest had shrimp and grits, and my youngest had the salmon with risotto. We shared a dessert at the end of our meals. The shrimp and grits I ordered were topped with sausage. There was enough shrimp to justify the price. The prime rib was tender. I thought it tasted like a rib eye, but my husband loved the loaded mash. The salmon was served on a bed of risotto with tender microgreens. It had enough flavor to save it from being bland, but it was still simple enough to please someone without adventurous taste buds. My kids ordered a soft drink and my husband and I each had a beer. The four of us decided to split the dessert between us. It had a good balance of sweet and tart. The food was good and the service was great. We're Disney Vacation Club members so we got a 10% discount on our food. Everyone was friendly and welcoming when we arrived at our table. We arrived late for our reservation because of a long queue at the Ratatouille Adventure. When our server got our food out quickly, he knew we were hungry.
