David Pierce

David Pierce is returning to The Verge as editor-at-large to join the cast of the site's eponymous show. On the show's April 22nd episode, he will make his first appearance since leaving The Verge in 2015.

Each week, the tech news of the week will be discussed on The Vergecast. This is a return to his former job as deputy editor at The Verge and a frequent guest on The Vergecast. In addition to his hosting duties, Pierce will also write and report for The Verge, focusing on major tech companies and consumer technology.

David was one of the first people to work at The Verge and helped lay the foundation for the site to grow into what it is today. The future of tech news is something we have grand ideas about.
