Musk has been the largest shareholder for just a few weeks, but has packed enough drama and turmoil to make it feel like months.

He is facing legal action over the handling of his investment. A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Musk over his 11 day delay in revealing his investment in the company to the SEC.

The bizarre ebb and flow between the CEO of the company and the social networking site. Musk agreed to join the board of directors after becoming the social network's biggest shareholder. The decision was reversed after a few days of Musk speculating on whether the service was dying or if it should change its name.
