EU sanctions lists include Alisher Usmanov's sister, who they say transferred assets including the Dilbar yacht to her.

When the yacht was spotted at the Blohm+Voss shipyards in March, it was thought to be under German government control. The officials quickly denied the reports.

The crew of the yacht was fired after they couldn't pay their wages due to sanctions.

Dilbar is worth between $600 million and $735 million and costs $60 million per year to maintain, according to the US Treasury.

According to the UK government, he is worth an estimated $18.4 billion from interests in metals, mining, and telecoms.

Dilbar is named for a woman.
