The cocoa boulevardier was made with Disney single-barrel reserve bourbon, Campari, Carpano antica-formula vermouth, and chocolate bitters. This was very balanced. The Disney parks created a high proof Bourbon that has a smooth finish with notes of vanilla. The boulevardier is one of the best cocktails on the property. We tried two of the Appetizers. The French-onion soup and the sea-salt-dusted potato brioche were the two Appetizers we tried. The soup was described as a rich beef soup with croutons and cheese, and it was a perfect presentation of French-onion soup. The soup was not too rich. I found that it had enough cheese on top, and it was broiled to the perfect amount. I would be happy to return for this. The sea-salt-dusted potato brioche was good but not as good as the soup. The bread was served with butter and a roasted-garlic-tomato spread, which is what you would expect to be served for free. I am not sure if I would order this again after we enjoyed the tomato spread and butter. Some people are calling the best burger on Disney World property, so we split it. I came for lunch because I heard that the restaurant has the best burger on Disney property, and it is only available during the afternoon service. I am always cautious when I hear that Disney World has some of the best burgers in the world. The burger at Steakhouse 71 is one of the most expensive. It is described as a blend of beef, American cheese, lemon aioli, red onion, and house-made pickles on a brioche bun. The burger comes with a choice of side dishes. This was the best burger I have ever had at Disney World, and possibly the best I have ever had. The meat was cooked to a perfect medium. All of the ingredients worked together, with both salty and salty notes shining through. The fries were also delicious and topped with cheese. This is an upscale version of your favorite greasy, diner-style burger. It is definitely something I will be returning for. The place is known for its cake, so we ended with dessert and a drink.
