Royal Caribbean expands trade sales team

Royal Caribbean International has made four new hires including a former Celebrity Cruises account manager.

Key account managers and sales development manager Rachel Oakes have also joined Royal this month.

She joined Royal's sales team after 13 years at Celebrity sister line.

Bartlam worked for more than three and a half years at Palma-based bed bank Hotelbeds.

She held the role of river cruise product and sales manager at Fred Olsen Travel.

Royal announced a recruitment drive last year. The roles are new to the line.

There are 26 ships in the Royal Caribbean International fleet and more on the way.
