Nicole Marie Algarin, professionally know as Shya L'amour, is taking Offset to court over child support for their 4-year-old daughter, Kalea. Algarin alleges that the Migos rapper has "provided limited financial support" and is now looking for higher court-ordered payments, TMZ reports.

Algarin and Offset have had a strained relationship in the past regarding their daughter. The rapper initially didn't acknowledge the child's legitimacy, which he has opened about in his music since. On his track "Father of 4" he rapped, " Kalea you my first, first daughter/I missed the first years of your life, I'm sorry/Tell the truth I ain't really know if I was your father." In legal documents Algarin voices her grievances that they had to take DNA tests to confirm Offset is Kalea's father.

Since then the Migo has made informal payments to support his daughter, but Algarin is demanding the court formalize the child support. In addition to more financial support, she also demands the court to mandate that her daughter has regular visits with her father and spends the holidays with his family.
